What is a sentence?

A sentence is a group of words that arranged in a specific order and it expresses a thought.

When we look at these sentences like:

The past simple tense: زمن الماضى البسيط It also called(preterite)

Usage

We use the past simple tense to talk about past actions. We can use many of English tenses to talk to express the meaning of the past t, but the past simple  tense is the one that we use it so often. 
يستخدم زمن الماضى البسيط للتعبير عن حدث بدء وانتهى فى الماضى. فنضيف للفعل

 ازا كان الفعل منتظم او قياسى, اما ازا كان الفعل غير منتظم او غير قياسى فانه يحفظ ولا يقاس عليه. نتستخم فى الللغه الانجليزيه العديد من الازمنه للتعبير عن الماضى ولاكن استخدام زمن الماضى البسيط هو الشائع بين غيره من الازمنه.
Form

We for the past simple tense by adding ed to the regular verbs, eg arrive-arrived   play-played
and we should memories the irregular verbs to help us form the correct when we use the past tense. Eg, go-went .
