This book gave great suggestions on implementing an MI classroom. The author includes suggested activities, literature lists, and centers for each type of intelligence. There are suggestions for arranging the classroom in order to ensure a MI environment. The strategies for projects and assessment were also very useful. This book included many reproducibles for teachers to use for planning and assessment, and questionnaires for students and parents. This is a terrific resource! 


About the Author

Kristen Nelson is an educator based in Southern California. As an elementary teacher, she incorporates a Multiple Intelligence approach into her teaching‹with great results. As a staff developer, she trained teachers in her district in applying MI theory. She has written for Instructor magazine. This is her first book for Scholastic Teaching Resources.
